1/2 gr telećeg mesa
2 glavice luka
2 mrkve
2 paradajza
so
biber
vegeta
Priprema:
Paprike ispeći u rerni (na rešetki, kao za ajvar), oguliti ih i očistiti od sjemenki. Na ulju izdinstati luk i mrkvu i dodati meso isjeckano na kockice i biber i dinstati poklopljeno još 15 min. Dodati paradajz i papriku, dodati so i vegetu i ostaviti još kratko da se krčka na tihoj vatri.
Savjet: ispod rešetke na kojoj se peku paprike staviti tepsiju prekrivenu pek papirom ili alu folijom radi kasnijeg lakšeg čišćenja ;D
